A Peak Performer Profile allows The Computer Psychologist to customize the applicant assessment process by creating target profiles, or benchmarks, for specific jobs. A Peak Performer Profile is developed which identifies the personality traits that statistically define the top employees currently in that job. Through their responses to CPscreen questions, each applicant’s profile is compared to that of the peak performers to measure the degree of fit. Results of that comparison are instantly available upon completion of the assessment by the applicant. Using the Similarity Index (see details below of the Similarity Index), a summary report ranks candidates by how closely they match top performers.
We have refined the custom profiling technology into a fast, efficient, inexpensive process.
- Client identifies and assesses top performers in a position. Testing can be done in the employer's office or at any computer with Internet access.
- Develop Profile. The Computer Psychologist's on-staff psychologist will create and implement the Profile and present the results within 2 weeks.
- Assess applicant. Once the Peak Performer Profile has been established, a client may assess an applicant and that applicant's results will automatically be compared to the Profile and the rank-order of applicants will be created based on the Similarity Index.
The Similarity Index is a number between 0 and 100 representing how similar an applicant is to the Profile. This number takes into account the various traits that are measured and their importance to the particular position.
In order to utilize CPscreen you will need to create a Peak Performer Profile for every position you will be hiring for using the CPscreen tool.
