The Computer Psychologist offers a quick screening procedure with the most effective online testing available. The process is as simple as 1-2-3. Here's how it works:

  1. Applicant enters the testing process. Any background information, such as name, social security number, etc., is collected if needed. The assessment is then delivered in whatever fashion best suits the employer's existing hiring process - kiosk, PC, IVR or paper.
  2. Applicant completes the assessment. Only about 5 minutes is required for the testing procedure.
  3. Rank all applicants. At any time, hiring management may obtain a summary of all applicants for a position. By default, applicants are ranked by Similarity Index. Companies may establish an automated process for presentation and follow-up with applicants based on a designated Similarity Index cut-off value.
