CPscreen is a simple-to-administer assessment that is designed for hourly employees in high-volume hiring situations. It provides a fast, accurate assessment tool to aid in the hiring process.
The assessment is administered from a central location and can be completed in 5-6 minutes. It may be integrated with an existing pre-employment process and delivered through a medium selected by the employer – kiosk, PC, IVR or paper. Testing results are clear, concise, and easy to interpret. By default, applicants are rank-ordered according to their Similarity Index. A graphical comparison of the applicant's profile, comparing it to the Peak Performer Profile, is also provided.
