What
do we do? We provide employers with an economical means to assess job
candidates via online testing and reporting. By utilizing our services,

How
are tests taken? Testing takes place wherever there is an internet
connection, whether at the employer's office or in the privacy of the candidate's
home. As soon as the test is finished, the employer is notified via email
that results are available online.

What
is CPpro?
CPpro is designed for exempt, salaried employees. CPpro takes about 45 minutes to complete and assesses personality traits as well as cognitive abilities. The CPpro report includes a number of results. First, a one-page narrative includes problem-solving skills, emotional and motivational patterns, and interpersonal skills. Next, a chart measures where a person falls in relation to the 16 traits that make up a personality profile. And finally, potential assets and limitations of the candidate are described. For the limitations, the report gives interview suggestions to aid the employer in assessing the applicant. In addition, for each limitation, recommended training resources are provided for the individual's development. See Sample Report

What
is CPbasic?
CPbasic is designed to be used with entry-level employees. The testing takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and assesses personality traits for specific positions. You may choose to use a report already developed for a position, or work with us to develop one specific to your company. The CPbasic report consists of a chart plotting where a person falls in relation to traits deemed statistically relevant for that position, potential assets and limitations, and a Similarity Index. What
is a Peak Performer Profile? This concept was developed by ComputerPsychologist.com
to ensure the highest degree of success in online testing. A company identifies
its top performers and we test them in order to develop a profile of their
personality traits and cognitive abilities. The prospective employee's
results will then automatically be compared to the Profile created for
that specific position.

What
is the Similarity Index? The Similarity Index is based upon the Peak
Performer Profile. When a candidate tests and their results are compared
to the Peak Performer Profile, a number between 0 and 100 is generated
to represent how similar a candidate is to the Profile.

Does
this service replace the interview process? No, this process is not
a replacement for interviews. Rather, it is an objective tool to enhance
to interview process. Many companies use this tool after choosing a limited
number of applicants. Testing then further reduces choices and enhances
the interview process, so that interviewers' time and money are not wasted
on unsuitable candidates.
