Target Profiling allows ComputerPsychologist.com to customize the reporting process by creating target profiles for specific jobs. The use of target profiles allows you to compare a candidate to the psychological profile of your top performers within a specific position. By using peak performers as a model, you ensure an even higher degree of fit between a prospective employee and your company.
We have refined the custom profiling technology into a fast, efficient, inexpensive process. It's as easy as 1-2-3.
- Client identifies and assesses top performers in a position. The client identifies and tests the 8-15 top performers in the position to be profiled. Testing can be done in the employer's office or at any computer with internet access.
- ComputerPsychologist.com will implement the profile and present the results within 2 weeks. Our psychologists will analyze the data and create a Peak Performer Profile for the position. ComputerPsychologist.com will then present profile results to the client.
- Test candidate. Once the Peak Performer Profile has been established, a client may test a candidate and that candidate's results will automatically be compared to the Profile.
Also provided with the Target Profile is the Similarity Index. This number, between 0 and 100, represents how similar a candidate is to the profile. The Similarity Index takes into account the various traits that are measured and their importance to the particular position.
Our clients find that target profiles dramatically enhance the power and usefulness of the testing process. Many clients have multiple profiles based on various positions within their company allowing them to compare a candidate to numerous positions within the company. In some cases it is also advisable to develop multiple target profiles to account for differences in geographical region, urban versus rural setting, etc. |
