CPpro is a simple-to-administer online assessment that helps employers select individuals with the personality traits necessary for success in a position. The test is

Testing results
are clear, concise, and easy to interpret. The report includes a narrative description (outlining the test taker's problem solving skills, emotional and motivational patterns, and interpersonal skills) a graph of the 16 core traits, strengths and weaknesses, as well as interview guides and developmental recommendations. The interview guide offers follow-up questions designed to help the interviewer probe potential limitations. Testing can take place on any computer with access to the Internet, at any time, by
providing the applicant with a password to enter the testing procedure.
Testing typically takes about 45 minutes. Similarly, reports are available for viewing at anytime with a unique username and password.
