The assessment you will be completing consists of 163 individual items which measure the primary personality traits described in mainstream psychological theory today. These items consist of short statements, such as "Enjoy large parties," which you then rate on a 5-point scale from "Very Inaccurate" to "Very Accurate." The average time to complete these items is approximately 20 minutes.

In addition to the actual assessment questions, you will be asked a short series of demographic questions which allow us to conduct research and maintain the quality of the scoring and interpretive routines. These questions address the following: age, gender, current job, years in current job, and satisfaction with current job. These data allow us to offer you a more customized report and also to conduct research to improve the quality of our testing process. Your responses are confidential and will not be released to anyone. Research analyses are conducted on group data without identifying individual participants.

Because this test instrument is actually used by hundreds of employers for pre-employment assessment, we have an obligation to protect the integrity of the test itself. Thus, you will be allowed to take this test only one time. It is therefore very important that you take the test in a quiet, private, comfortable environment and that you respond to the items as honestly and accurately as possible. The results are strictly for your benefit, and no purpose is served by intentionally distorting your responses.
